Work Hive Solutions LLC Standard Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the use of services provided by Work Hive Solutions LLC ("Work Hive Solutions") to its clients ("Client"). By engaging with Work Hive Solutions' services, the Client agrees to adhere to these terms and conditions.

2. Services

Work Hive Solutions provides local and international staffing and recruiting services. The scope of services and associated fees will be outlined in a separate agreement between Work Hive Solutions and the Client.

3. Payment

Payment terms will be agreed upon in the separate agreement between Work Hive Solutions and the Client. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Confidentiality

Both Work Hive Solutions and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of the business relationship. This includes but is not limited to proprietary business information, trade secrets, and client data.

5. Intellectual Property

Any intellectual property developed by Work Hive Solutions in the course of providing services to the Client shall remain the property of Work Hive Solutions unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use such intellectual property solely for the purposes outlined in the agreement between Work Hive Solutions and the Client.

6. Liability

Work Hive Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services provided, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of business operations.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement between Work Hive Solutions and the Client with written notice. Upon termination, the Client shall pay any outstanding fees owed to Work Hive Solutions for services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, USA. Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Galveston, TX.

9. Amendments

Work Hive Solutions reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of amendments will be provided to the Client, and continued use of Work Hive Solutions' services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

10. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, together with any separate agreements between Work Hive Solutions and the Client, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
