• Two (2) Pieces of Government Issued ID
  (one of two must be a drivers license)

• Not Expired CPR certificate

• One of the following: GED certificate, College Diploma, or University Degree

• Department of Justice (DOJ) Criminal Record Check

• POST Certificate (if you have completed)
